WHAT IS SOFT SKILLS

Soft skills are non-technical skills that relate to “how you work”. That includes that how you interact with your colleagues, how you solve problems, and how you manage your work.

Sofk skills are are as important as academic skills……

Soft skills are the other nonacademic skills students/employee  acquire to help them succeed in life.

Collecting the academic certificate/degrees are not enough…..it gives you the skill that facilitate positive interaction with others and in future the ability to overcome challenges.

Some soft skills are ……

Team work :

How yo manage your team for smart form what is your relation or we can say how effectively team is working under your guidance

Time Management

is the method of planning and balancing your time between different activities. Good time management helps you to complete a given task in a specific time frame.

(2) written communication, in which you read their meaning;

(3) nonverbal communication, in which you observe a person and infer meaning.

Problem Solving :

if you've worked in retail, you've worked in a team environment. If you've helped unhappy customers find a resolution, you've used conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.

Creative Thinking :

Thinking creatively is of great importance as it leads to the expansion of the imagination. Students need to be creative in their approach in every aspect and it helps them understand the world in a better way and come up with answers that might give the rest of the world a new perspective., very elemental parts of education.

WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO DEVELOP SOFT SKILLS FOR STUDENTS, ALONG WITH HARD SKILLS?

In the modern workplace, you need more than technical skills to be successful in your career. Soft skills are important because they enable students to adjust to the frustrations and challenges they will encounter in their careers, as well as it is demand of work.

Lets take the previous points like

Time management :

It is very important to have time management..

as they are able to complete school work and assignments on time.

Students are able to plan ahead, set aside the time they need for projects and assignments,

and make better use of that it allows students to become more organized, more confident, and learn more effectively.

many students study for maximum time but result is not as per the time they spend and there expectation. Reason they are “hard worker” not “smart worker” less time and more productive is the basic requirement.

How to mange all subject how much time given to each subject and which time is perfect for study….

Like whenever we provide them some projects…they spend the whole day in that ….as it become interesting so they miss the academic….they must have proper time schedule.. Our teachers must help them in that. how can you help your child learn to manage time more effectively?

Written and reading skills : or we can say communication skill :

The more you read and write, the more you be perfect into vocabulary and are able to articulate concepts accurately and more effectively to others. Increasing your ability to communicate also helps make you a better student.

Student must be a good listener.

Problem solving skill:

It helps to identify the problems,  get the proper solutions, analize results.

Student must know how to communicate the problem with time management       . You should also know what communication channels are important and once you find solution then implement it clearly.
