क्या आप मानते है के आप के  बच्चे को स्कूल के बाद की एक्टिविटी के लिया सप्ताह मै 5 दिन या 3 दिन के लिए बहार जाना चाहिए या किसी हॉबी क्लास को ज्वाइन करना चाइये  ? किसी भी माता पिता के लिया यह न समज पाना आम बात है की किनते समय के लिया बच्चो को भेजा जाये।  माता-पिता का थोड़ा भ्रमित होना आम बात है।  उनका तर्क है कि अधिकांश गतिविधियां पढ़ाई से हट कर मजेदार होती हैं (अलग है) ), बच्चे इन कक्षाओं का आनंद उठायेंगे।  लेकिन, जरुरत से ज्यादा शामिल हो जाना या बहुत काम शामिल होना, दोनों बातो पर धयान देना बहुत जरुरी है ।  ज्यादा मज़ा आना बच्चे को बीमार भी कर सकता है, या उनहे उन के मकसद से ब्राहमित भी कर सकता है। यहाँ कुछ हमारे सुझाव है जो यह मदद करगे की कि आपके बच्चे के लिए कितना समय शामिल होना उचित रहेगा । 5  साल तक के बच्चो के लिए : आपका बच्चा जब स्कूल जाना शरू करता है तब वो बातचीत करना और आदत डालना सीखना शुरू कर रहा है एक अनुशासन मै आना सिख रहा है । उसका या उसके बाद का स्कूल जीवन सरल और लापरवाह होना चाहिए। प्रति सप्ताह एक या दो कक्षाएं शुरुआत में पर्याप्त हैं। ...
